Tim Heenan (MAIG), President for Mirasol has reviewed and approved the technical content of this website and is a Qualified Person under NI 43 -101.

All technical information for the Company’s projects is obtained and reported under a formal quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program. Rock, soil, and stream sediment samples are collected under the supervision of Company geologists in accordance with standard industry practice. Duplicate samples, blanks and standards are included with the sample shipments as deemed necessary by the Qualified Person. Samples are dispatched via commercial transport to an ISO 9001:2000-accredited laboratory in Argentina or Chile for analysis. Internal review of the results is done on a batch by batch and a bi-annual basis to ensure laboratory performance meets required standards.

Projects which are under Joint Venture are operated by our JV partners who assume the responsibility for standard of work done. In such cases, the Qualified Person listed above assumes the responsibility to review the information generated by the JV partners and assure it is internally consistent and has been subject to industry standard controls prior to publication by Mirasol.
